Our affiliate disclosure.

Good finds deserve a clear explanation.

Last updated October 15, 2026
We may earn a commission if you buy through an affiliate link, at no extra cost to you.

Each product page tells you whether its link is affiliate or direct. Buy buttons pass through our /go/ redirect. It records an outbound click without adding tracking parameters to the destination.

What an affiliate link means

If we join a brand’s affiliate program, the brand or its affiliate network may pay us for a qualifying purchase made after you follow our link. The commission and attribution rules depend on the program. We do not currently publish a rate, cookie duration or earnings claim.

We identify active affiliate links on the product page beside the outbound button. Sponsored placements, free samples or other material connections must also be disclosed with the relevant recommendation.

How we choose products

Our selection criteria are usefulness, considered design and an identifiable original brand. Our notes include downsides and suitability. We do not promise positive coverage in exchange for a commission, and we do not accept counterfeit or replica listings.

We distinguish information supplied by the maker from our editorial assessment. We do not claim personal product experience or independent testing that we have not performed.

Prices and purchases

A displayed price is a dated observation in the currency shown for the noted option, not a guaranteed checkout total. Prices, stock, taxes, import duties and shipping can change. When we cannot verify a price, we leave it unlisted.

Your purchase is with the brand. Review the brand’s product specifications, delivery coverage, return terms and final total before you buy. FindsMate does not process payments or fulfill orders.

Local preferences and your data

We store your likes and welcome-panel preference only in your browser’s localStorage. Likes are not shared counts. No advertising or third-party analytics scripts load in your browser. The newsletter preview does not collect or save email addresses.

We record outbound clicks on our server: the find and destination, affiliate network, referral origin, campaign labels, country supplied by our host, a daily rotating hash of the browser user agent, and time. Our application click records do not store raw IP addresses or raw user agents. Hosting providers process network requests under their own policies. Counts represent clicks rather than individual people, and known bots are excluded.

See our privacy policy for details. Once you leave for a brand’s site, that site’s own privacy policy applies. If affiliate tracking or a real mailing service is added, the disclosures and data information must be updated before launch.

The FTC guidance behind this page

The FTC asks that material connections be disclosed clearly, where people can see them with an endorsement. We follow that principle by placing plain-language disclosure next to purchase links.
